Licence exercise animations for AI training.
ExerciseClips offers a separate AI-training rights licence. The Standard and Extended licences on the website do not allow AI training, fine-tuning, testing or grounding. If you need the clips to train models, this is the licence to use.
You get files you can train on under a named product, with clear limits on resale and redistribution. A watermarked preview set is available before you pay.

What each licence covers (summary)
From the indicative terms quoted to buyers:
- Use of the licensed clips to train your AI models and to create training information for users inside one named product (your app or platform)
- Any model you train may be kept after the term ends
- The raw clips cannot be resold, shared, sublicensed or published as a library, and cannot be used in a second product without a separate licence
- Once a year you confirm in writing how the clips are used
- At the end of the term you confirm in writing that the raw files have been deleted
- Use outside the licence is charged at twice the full-library price
- Payment in advance; clean files after payment

Licence terms (short summary)
- Separate from website licences. Standard and Extended do not allow AI training. This AI-training licence is a different rights grant and is priced separately.
- One named product per licence. A second product needs its own licence.
- Models may be kept after a timed term ends; raw clip files must be deleted when a timed term ends (written confirmation required).
- No redistribution of raw clips as a library, dataset listing, stock pack or public download.
- Annual use confirmation in writing during the term.
- Unique delivery identifier per company on each delivery.
- Breach pricing: use outside the licence charged at twice the full-library price.

Before you pay, you can request a watermarked preview set so your team can check format, resolution and subject coverage.
How to request

- Company registered name and country of registration
- Product name the licence would cover, and expected launch timing
- Rough clip count you need, and which body areas or equipment matter most
- Whether user-facing training information will show the clips themselves, or only text/data your AI produces
- Preferred format (GIF, MP4, or both) and any resolution/format constraints
- We will reply with next steps and, where suitable, a watermarked preview set. Clean (unwatermarked) files are delivered after payment.
Preview sets are 12 watermarked clips.
FAQ
- Do the Standard or Extended licences cover AI training?
- No. Those licences explicitly exclude AI training, fine-tuning, testing and grounding. You need this AI-training licence.
- Can I keep my trained model after 12 months?
- Yes. Models trained under the licence may be kept after the term. Raw clip files under a timed term must be deleted, with written confirmation.
- Can I list or redistribute the clips on Hugging Face or another dataset site?
- No. Raw clips cannot be published as a library or dataset. A discovery listing that points buyers here for licensing does not include clip files.
- Is GST charged?
- GST not applicable.
