Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of exerciseclips.com and your purchase of any pack from it. They apply to buyers anywhere in the world. "We", "us" and "our" mean Ilumax Media, a business registered in Singapore. "You" means anyone who uses the site or buys a pack.

These terms cover the website and the purchase transaction. What you may and may not do with the clip files themselves is governed separately by the licence you agree to at checkout — the Standard Licence or the Extended Licence. Where these terms and a licence overlap on the same subject, the licence controls.

1. Who can buy

You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to buy from us — generally, an adult, or a business acting through an authorised adult. Pricing is shown in USD; your card issuer converts it to your local currency and may charge a conversion fee we don't control.

2. Orders and payment

Checkout is operated by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when Stripe confirms your payment and we deliver a download link. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar) are calculated and collected where Stripe is required to do so for your location, and are shown before you confirm payment.

3. Delivery and refunds

Packs are delivered as an instant download link, sent to the email you paid with, and re-available from that link for 12 months. Because delivery is immediate, purchases are final once a download link has been used — see clause 7 of the Standard Licence for the full statement, including how this interacts with the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right. If a download genuinely fails or a file is corrupt, contact us at exerciseclips.com/contact and we will fix it.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the site and download links available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. If our own rights to distribute the clips change, clause 8 of the Standard Licence explains what happens.

5. Acceptable use of the site

Don't attempt to bypass payment, scrape or bulk-download the catalogue outside a licensed purchase, probe or disrupt the site's infrastructure, or use the site for anything unlawful.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in that cannot be displaced by agreement continues to apply alongside this clause.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will update the effective date above.
