At checkout you tick a required box that says: “I want download access to everything in this order to begin immediately, and I understand that means I lose my 14-day cancellation right.” Purchases are final once a download link has been used. The licence terms you agree to at checkout explain this. If a file failed to download or is corrupt, email us and we'll fix it. If you bought the same pack twice by mistake, email us and we'll refund the duplicate.
