EXERCISECLIPS EXERCISE ANIMATION LIBRARY — STANDARD LICENCE
Version 1.1 · effective 27 August 2026

Plain summary (this box is not the legal part): Use the clips in anything you make —
client programmes, PDFs, slides, websites, social posts, courses, ads. Don't hand out
the clip files themselves. Don't build them into an app or platform other people use —
that needs the Extended Licence. Full terms below.

1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
You are buying a licence to use the animation files, video files and metadata files in
your pack ("the Clips"). You are not buying the Clips, and no copyright passes to you.
The animations were created by a third party and remain that party's work. This licence
is between you and Ilumax Media ("we", "us").

2. WHO THIS LICENCE COVERS
One individual, or one business — a single company, gym, studio or practice. Your
employees and contractors may use the Clips while they are working for you. They may
not keep the Clips or use them for their own separate work. If you are an agency or
freelancer, you may use the Clips in work you produce for your clients.

3. WHAT YOU MAY DO
Worldwide, for as long as you like, in unlimited projects, commercially or personally:
 (a) client-facing training programmes, workout plans, PDFs, printed handouts, slide
     decks and manuals;
 (b) websites, blogs, email newsletters and landing pages that you or your clients run;
 (c) social media posts, videos, reels, thumbnails and paid advertising;
 (d) screens, signage and equipment displays inside a gym or studio;
 (e) internal training and staff education materials.
You may resize, crop, re-time, re-encode, recolour, annotate and combine the Clips with
your own material.

4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
 (a) No redistribution of the files. You may not sell, sublicense, share, give away,
     publish or otherwise distribute any Clip as a standalone file, or as part of any
     collection, library, pack, template, dataset or set of files — free or paid, and
     whether or not you have modified it. This is the most important restriction in
     this licence.
 (b) No extraction by other people. You may not use the Clips in a way that lets anyone
     else download, export or save the underlying clip file. Embedded playback on a web
     page is fine; a download button is not.
 (c) No apps, software or platforms. You may not build the Clips into a mobile app,
     desktop app, web application, API, SaaS product, plug-in, theme, template product
     or AI assistant that other people use or buy.
 (d) No AI training or AI services. You may not use the Clips to train, fine-tune,
     evaluate or ground any machine-learning or AI model, and you may not upload them to
     any AI platform, dataset or generation service, or use them as reference input to
     generate new animations. This restriction survives termination.
 (e) No stock resale. You may not upload the Clips to any stock media site, asset
     marketplace, freelancing site, print-on-demand service, NFT platform or app store
     asset library.
 (f) No standalone merchandise. You may not make products whose main value is the Clip
     itself — for example a poster, print, sticker pack or GIF pack.
 (g) No claiming ownership. You may not claim the Clips are your own work, register them
     or any part of them as a trademark or logo, or assert copyright over them.
 (h) No unlawful, defamatory or misleading use, and no use that suggests the figures
     depicted endorse a product, person or organisation.

5. HOW LONG IT LASTS
Indefinitely, unless you break these terms. If you break them, this licence ends
immediately, and you must stop using the Clips and delete your copies. Work you had
already published in good faith before that point may stay up; this carve-out does not
apply to any breach of clause 4(a), 4(b) or 4(d).

6. TRANSFERRING IT
This licence is personal to you and is not transferable or assignable. You may not lend,
rent or share your download link.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
The files download immediately, so purchases are final once a download link has been
used. If a download fails or a file is corrupt, contact us at exerciseclips.com/contact
and we will fix it.
Before you paid, you checked a box confirming that you wanted us to begin supplying the
digital content immediately, and that doing so ends any statutory right you might
otherwise have had to cancel the order and receive a refund — including the 14-day
withdrawal right that applies to most other online purchases in the EU and UK. That
right does not apply here once download access has begun, because of the consent you
gave before paying. We have repeated both statements in your purchase confirmation
email. This clause affects your cancellation rights; it does not affect any other
consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be
waived by agreement.

8. IF OUR OWN RIGHTS CHANGE
The animations are licensed to us by a third party. If that licence is withdrawn,
restricted or disputed, we will tell you promptly, we will stop distributing the Clips,
and we may ask you to stop using them. In that event our only obligation to you is a
refund of what you paid within the previous twelve months. We give no indemnity in
respect of third-party claims relating to the underlying animations.

9. NO WARRANTY, AND A LIMIT ON WHAT WE OWE YOU
The Clips are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they are complete, error-free,
anatomically or medically accurate, or suitable for any particular person or purpose.
They are illustrations, not medical, rehabilitative or training advice, and you are
responsible for the safety and suitability of any programme you build with them. To the
fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with
the Clips or this licence is limited to the amount you paid for your pack.

10. LAW
This licence is available to buyers anywhere in the world, and the rights it grants in
clause 3 apply worldwide with no territorial restriction. The licence itself is governed
by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over
any dispute about it. If you are a consumer buying for personal use and the law of the
country you live in gives you protections that this clause cannot lawfully override, this
clause does not remove those protections — it sets the default that applies otherwise.
